Turbo and exhaust systems get extremely hot! Only perform work when vehicle and engine have cooled to room temperature.

IMPORTANT - Read the entire instructions before proceeding. If any of it does not make sense or is not in your skillset, please have an experienced technician perform the install.

Component list:

Tools required:

  • T-40
  • 13 mm socket
  • ¼ socket or screwdriver
  • 14 mm socket
  • 6 mm Allen Wrench
  • 11 mm or 7/16 socket
  • 10 mm socket

 

RZR PRO XP - BIG MO FULL EXHAUST INSTALL

Turbo and exhaust systems get extremely hot! Only perform work when vehicle and engine have cooled to room temperature.

1. Remove O2 sensor from the stock manifold pipe (14mm)

2. Remove the heat shield from the engine side of the manifold pipe to expose the bolts 10mm on the manifold pipe.

3. Remove stock plastic covering the muffler from the rear of the RZR (4x T40)

4. Remove bolts from the muffler side brackets on both sides (2x 10mm).

5. Remove the two stock springs on the muffler with a spring puller.

6. Remove the bolts attaching the muffler to the manifold pipe (3x 13mm)

7. Remove stock Muffler (Pulls right out)

8. Remove the stock heat shield behind the muffler (4x 10mm). Save 2 bolts with points on them for a new muffler.

9. Remove lower stock muffler bracket (2x 10mm).

10. Remove the manifold pipe from the turbo. Heat the bolts first to loosen them. Recommended using a ball and Allen to remove the bolts. (4x 6mm Allen).

11. Install new manifold pipe to the turbo (4x 6mm Allen Torque to 20 Ft/lbs.)

12. Install aluminum blocks with the stock muffler heatshield bolts that you saved (from step 2). The dowels go in the threaded hole and the bolt in the non-threaded hole. (Torque the bolts to 96 inch/lbs)

13. Install the muffler bolts with the rubber washer and whitewasher. Ensure the rubber washer is against the frame and the whitewasher is against the Bolt head   Insert from the back of the original muffler rubber isolator block.

14. Install muffler finger tight.

15. Clamp pipe and muffler together with included clamp (7/16) torque to 55 inch/lbs.

16. Tighten up muffler bolts to 35 ft/lbs. torque

17. Reinstall stock heat shield (10mm) and O2 sensor (14mm).
